Red House Streaming and RHStv celebrate one year of bringing local nonprofit stories to audiences beyond Tampa Bay
A mission can start in one community and reach far beyond it.
One-year after launching Nonprofit Tuesdays, multi-award-winning video production company Red House Streaming and RHStv continue to give local nonprofits a platform to share their missions, highlight their work and reach audiences far beyond their own communities.
The initiative launched Sept. 18, 2025, with a simple goal: to provide nonprofits with access to professional video production and a streaming platform at no cost. It was created to address a common challenge nonprofits face — having limited resources and opportunities to effectively tell their stories and raise awareness.
Since its launch, Nonprofit Tuesdays has become an ongoing community initiative.
Through The Nonprofit Collective, nonprofits are invited to the Red House Streaming studios to participate in professionally produced interviews. Each feature gives organizations an opportunity to explain their mission, discuss the communities they serve, and highlight the impact of their work.
But the reach does not stop in Tampa Bay.
Once produced, each nonprofit feature becomes part of the RHStv programming lineup, extending the organization’s story to viewers beyond the local market. RHStv is available across the web, mobile devices and connected TV platforms, giving local nonprofits an opportunity to introduce their work to audiences across the country and around the world.
“Giving back is at the heart of who we are. Nonprofits are doing meaningful work in our communities every day, but many don’t have the resources or platform to share their stories with a wider audience. Nonprofit Tuesdays gives these organizations a chance to shine a light on their missions, connect with new audiences and show the impact they’re making every day.” said Kurt Heitmann, CEO of CP Communications, Red House Streaming and RHStv.
The Nonprofit Collective has continued to expand its roster of participating organizations, reflecting the diversity of the nonprofit community throughout the Tampa Bay region and beyond. Over the past year, the Collective has featured nearly 30 organizations representing a wide range of causes, including youth development, education, the arts, environmental advocacy, health and wellness, and community development. Participating organizations have included Girls Inc., The Florida Aquarium, Radio St. Pete, South Tampa Chamber Foundation, Clothes to Kids, Keep Pinellas Beautiful, Morean Arts Center, Bay Area Youth Services (BAYS), Community Tampa Bay, ForHearts Worldwide, Hypatia Collaborative and many others.
The effort builds Red House Streaming’s experience as a video production company, backed by more than four decades of Emmy-winning broadcast and production expertise through its parent company, CP Communications. That expertise provides participating nonprofits with the same professional production approach used across Red House Streaming’s ecosystem.
“Nonprofit Tuesdays allows us to combine our production expertise with the reach of streaming and connected TV to put local nonprofit stories in front of audiences well beyond their communities. We’re proud to give these organizations a platform that can help their stories travel farther,” said Larissa Stanley, VP of Marketing & Red House Streaming Operations.
As the company marks its one-year anniversary doing Nonprofit Tuesdays, the initiative remains open to nonprofit organizations interested in sharing their stories.
Rooted in Tampa Bay and reaching audiences around the world, Red House Streaming and RHStv are bringing local stories to a global stage.
